Privacy policy

Effective October 28, 2026.

What we collect

When you request a proposal or an estimate, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you give it, property details and any notes. The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us unless you submit a form.

We also record which page you came from and any campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source) so we know which ads and articles are useful.

How we use it

To prepare your proposal, perform any study you order, and contact you about it. We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email and CRM software, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

Email hello@foxcostseg.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us.
